What you are not charged for
There is no membership, no subscription and no separate consultation fee. If a prescriber decides treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, you are not charged for the medication — paying for a consultation is not the same as being prescribed.

Why the price rises with the dose
Treatment starts low and increases in steps, so your body has time to adjust and side effects can be managed. A higher dose contains more medicine, so it costs more. Most people begin on the lowest dose and move up only if a prescriber judges it appropriate.
